Storytelling time continues at the Hudson River Music Hall. Join us as we host author/illustrator John W. Nassivera on Sunday May, 22nd at 1:00 p.m. John W. Nassivera of Front Porch Storytelling, along Kendall McKernon, Rene Roberge and students of the Hudson Falls 4th grade, will introduce the book “The Garden Raid,” a fictional story written for middle grades (3rd – 6th) set in 1967 in Hudson Falls, N.Y. The story imparts the subtle messages of acceptance, the gaining of self-worth and how the positive choices we make towards others are gifts to ourselves. Jonathan Newell will open the show with live music and fun songs from the 60’s. The admission charge will be donated by Front Porch Storytelling to the Hudson River Music Hall to provide community-based programming. Ticket prices are $10 general admission, $8 for seniors, $5 for students, and students 12 years and younger are free.
